Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Scanner PDF ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Scanner PDF is a mobile application that allows you to:

Scan documents using your device's camera
Convert scanned images to PDF format
Organize and manage your documents
Add signatures and password protection
Sync documents via iCloud (optional)

3. Subscriptions

The App offers subscription plans with the following terms:

Free Plan: Limited features with daily scan limits
Premium Plan: Unlimited access to all features

Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not scan or store illegal or prohibited content
Keep your device and iCloud account secure
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scanner PDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Document Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents you create, scan, or store using the App. We do not claim any rights to your content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanner PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Data Loss

While we strive to provide reliable service, we are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend regularly backing up your important documents.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
